The Program

Step 1: Preparation and Entry

Personality Profiling is undertaken to establish the strengths and development opportunities of the participant. Debriefing is ideal, either before or during the workshop.

Participants meet the line manager to discuss their expectations and identify a key project to drive personal and business change, perhaps over a 6-month duration.

Measures of ROI (Return on Investment) and personal change are established in relation to the performance and development plans of participants.

Step 2: Development Experience (3 Days)

The workshop will use reflective and action learning to engage the cognition, emotions and values of participants. Participants will identify a series of actions, related to their workplace and project that they will undertake to facilitate progress.

Step 3: Post-Development Experience (Half Day)

After 3 months, a follow up workshop is recommended to determine the extent to which participants are fulfilling their personal development plan. Between Steps 2 and 3, participants are encouraged to maintain a constant dialogue with their line manager.
