Who is this program for?
This warehouse training program is designed for employees who receive, handle and despatch goods coming into or going out of stores or warehouses. They pick, pack and stow stock and operate equipment such as forklifts and order pickers. They may lead a team of warehouse workers, specialise in receiving and despatching or the handling of products e.g. dangerous goods.

How will I be assessed?
To gain the qualification you will have to pass a number of practical and workplace (or simulated workplace) assessments. The assessments for this course are based on both formal and informal processes as required by the government.
