Who is this program for?

This program is for employees working in the manufacturing industry who want to apply Lean Manufacturing, Lean Enterprise or Just in Time (JIT) techniques to their work. Participants will learn a number of methodologies designed to reduce waste and increase the value of their output. Outcomes of this program include improved productivity, reduced wastage and workplace initiatives.

How will I be assessed?

To gain the qualification you will have to pass a number of practical and workplace (or simulated workplace) assessments. The assessments for this course are based on both formal and informal processes as required by the government.
